The Sailor package is standardly included when you order a managed server or VPS. With this package, we take all server maintenance off your hands, including updates, backups, and security. Do you want a more extensive SLA in addition to full server management? Then choose the Skipper or Captain package during the ordering process or easily upgrade at any time via the customer panel. You will then receive more extensive support immediately; for example, choose 24/7/365 support or dedicated support time for requests that fall outside the managed service activities.
