Prerequisites
- VPS or Dedicated Server with Windows Server 2012 installed.
- You have to be logged in as an administrator.
Step 1: Log in with RDP into Windows Server 2012
Connect to your server with the login credentials which you can find in your client area.
Step 2: Changing the password
Click the Windows button in the lower-left corner.
Then, look for the square Control Panel.
When you’ve clicked Control Panel, navigate to the User Accounts title and click Change account type.
Choose which user’s password you want to change.
Next, click Change the password.
On this page, you can change the password. First, type in your current password, and then type in the new password. When you’re done click Change password.
