In this article, we’ll try to analyze the problem with account verification. Although it is not very common, it is possible that you did not receive the email with the verification link in your mailbox. You won’t be able to view or use services from the client area until your account is verified.


Step 1. Login to your client area

After you have accessed your client area with your e-mail and password you will notice a pop-up window with verification field.

Step 2. Check your inbox/spam folder

Check your inbox for the email containing the verification code, or click the activation link. If the activation email has not arrived in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Step 3. Try re-sending verification e-mail

If you have double-checked your inbox and spam folder and still cannot locate the verification email, please click the resend button in the client area verification window. Wait two minutes and check again to see if you have received it. If not, continue to the following step.

Step 4. Use a different e-mail address

Even if your account has not been verified, you can still edit your account information, change your email address, and resend the verification code to the new email address. If you are certain that an email has not been delivered, please contact our support staff at [email protected] so that we may assist you further with this matter.
