Step 1: Log in to Acronis Backup Cloud Management Console

Step 2: Create Backup schedule
After logging in you will see a list of your servers on the “All devices” page. Click on the cogwheel icon of the appropriate server you want to download the backups from and click on “Recovery”:
On the next screen click on “More ways to recover…”:
On the next screen, you will see a couple of recovery options, click on “Download files”:
On the next screen, you will see a list of all your servers. Click on the server you want to download a backup of:
On the next screen, you will see a list of backup plans for that particular server. Click on the backup plan you want to download a backup of:
If you have encryption enabled you will be asked to enter the password of the backup:
On the next screen you will see a list of available backup sets with the backup creation date and time, click on the backup set you wish to download:
On the next screen you will see a list of devices / harddisks of which a backup is created, select the appropriate harddisk:
On the next screen, you will see a list of files and folders on the root of that device/harddisk. In the header you can find a checkbox, click on that checkbox to select all files and folders and click on the “Download” button:
On the next screen, your download will be prepared, this can take a long time if the backup set is big. Afterwards the download starts automatically. If it doesn’t click on the “Download” button:
