Prerequisites

• A Web hosting plan
• An FTP user
• Cyberduck

Step 1: Download Cyberduck

Go to https://cyberduck.io/download/ and click on the download for your system.

Step 2: Connect FTPS using Cyberduck

At the top left corner, click on the world icon.

Make sure that it’s set to FTP-SSL (Explicit AUTH TLS). Next, insert your login credentials. You can find these in your client area and Plesk under ‘FTP Access’.

• Server: For example plesk01.yourdomain.com

Click Connect to connect over FTPS.

Now you will see a list of your files. This means that you’re connected.
