How to setup and configure FluentSMTP on WordPress

Install Fluent SMTP on WordPress

This guide will help you install and configure FluentSMTP to ensure reliable email delivery from your WordPress site.

Prerequisites

• A Web Hosting Plan.
• Installed WordPress

Step 1: Log into Plesk

Go to your client area and log in with your credentials.

Navigate to My Dashboard. Click on Webhosting. Then choose the webhost you want to use.

If you click Login Details, you will see your login credentials. Click on the URL above to log in.

Insert your login credentials and click Log In.

Step 2: Log in to WordPress

At the left side panel click WordPress. Choose the WordPress you want to use and click Log In.

Step 3: Installing Fluent SMTP plugin

At the left side panel click on Plugins. Then at the top click on Add New.

At the right search bar type FluentSMTP. Then click on Install Now. 

After it’s done installing, click on Activate to active the Plugin.

Step 3: Configuring Fluent SMTP plugin

On the settings on Fluent SMTP plugins, choose the connection provider as PHP mail

Make sure the “Force From Email” option is enabled. The sender address must be a valid and active email address.

Step 4: Test mail

Enter any email address you have access to in the Recipient Email Address field and click Send Test Email.
