Movin'U from Houten has been supplying software for housing corporations since 2009. In addition, Inspectic was launched in 2021, a web-based inspection solution for housing associations and inspection agencies, among others. This digital application is hosted at Snel.com and Robert Korpershoek of Movin'U will tell more about this.

Inspectic makes digital inspection on site faster and easier.”
Inspectic is an innovative solution and responds to current inspection themes. "The energy label is a relatively recent criterion that everyone has heard of by now," Robert explains. "We have digitally set up this sophisticated NTA 8800 standard and organised it in an Inspectic theme." The strength of Inspectic lies both during and after the inspection. You can actually do anything with the recorded data after the inspection because of the structure and overview. This information can be communicated immediately from Inspectic to Vabi, where the energy label is registered, in the case of the NTA 8800 theme. Inspectic supports many other themes in addition to the NTA 8800 theme. Inspectic is a multidisciplinary inspection platform that can handle any inspection topic you can think of."
Movin'U has consciously opted to house Inspectic with an IT service provider that is new to the,. Robert: "This platform is a new product with a new architecture. We want to spread the risks on a technical level as much as possible. As a result, we will look for a different hosting provider for our other application."
The choice fell on Snel.com from Rotterdam, partly because they use ISO27001 certified data centers in the Netherlands and are ISO 27001 certified themselves. "One of our selecting criteria was certification." Furthermore, we were seeking for a dependable hosting party, as well as a great party to work with. When we contact Snel.com, it is because we have additional wishes or there is an issue. Then it is critical that you can rely on one another and move fast."
