IPv4 Upgrade request through SnelPanel or email?

It is possible to upgrade your IPs in two ways. In order to avoid confusion here is a short explanation of both ways.

Upgrade through your SnelPanel

The usual way is to upgrade your IPv4 addresses through your SnelPanel. However, you can only upgrade your IPs through the upgrade page of SnelPanel if you haven’t used all of your IPs.

Each server that we provide has a standard amount of IPv4 addresses (please take a look at the overview below). Let’s say that you have purchased a Dual Core, the standard amount of IPs is 8 for this server. And let’s say that you have only used 5 IPs, then you should upgrade your IPs through SnelPanel.

Servers

Standard amount
of IPs

This server can be
upgraded to

Dual core: Core i3 550 8 IPs 16 IPs
Dual core: Core i3-2100 Sandy Bridge 8 IPs 16 IPs
Dual core: Core i3-2100 High memory 12 IPs 24 IPs
Dual Core  i3-2100 High storage 16 IPs 32 IPs
Quad Core i790 8 IPs 16 IPs
Quad core: Core i7 950 High Memory 12 IPs 24 IPs
Quad core: Xeon E3-1270 Sandy bridge 8 IPs 16 IPs
Quad core: Xeon E3-1270 High Storage 16 IPs 32 IPs
Quad core: Xeon E5-1410 v2 16 IPs 32 IPs
Hexa core: Core i7 970 12 IPs 24 IPs
Hexa core: Xeon E5645 16 IPs 32 IPs
Hexa core: Core i7 970 High storage 24 IPs 48 IPs
Hexa core: Xeon E5-2420 v2 24 IPs 48 IPs
Dual Quad core: Xeon E5620 24 IPs 48 IPs
Dual Quad core: Xeon E5620 High storage 32 IPs 64 IPs
Dual Hexa core: Xeon E5645 32 IPs 64 IPs
Dual Hexa core: Xeon X5650 32 IPs 48 IPs
Dual Hexa core: Xeon E5-2620 64 IPs 128 IPs
Dual Hexa core: Xeon E5-2630 v2 64 IPs 128 IPs

Upgrade request through email

In case you have already used all of your IPs (so all 8 IPs), you should send an upgrade request to [email protected]. We can only double the amount of IPs that you already have which means that we can assign 8 IPs extra to a Dual Core Server. Hence, the maximum amount of IPs will be 16 for this particular server and so on.
