It is possible to upgrade your IPs in two ways. In order to avoid confusion here is a short explanation of both ways.
Upgrade through your SnelPanel
The usual way is to upgrade your IPv4 addresses through your SnelPanel. However, you can only upgrade your IPs through the upgrade page of SnelPanel if you haven’t used all of your IPs.
Each server that we provide has a standard amount of IPv4 addresses (please take a look at the overview below). Let’s say that you have purchased a Dual Core, the standard amount of IPs is 8 for this server. And let’s say that you have only used 5 IPs, then you should upgrade your IPs through SnelPanel.

Upgrade request through email
In case you have already used all of your IPs (so all 8 IPs), you should send an upgrade request to [email protected]. We can only double the amount of IPs that you already have which means that we can assign 8 IPs extra to a Dual Core Server. Hence, the maximum amount of IPs will be 16 for this particular server and so on.
