How to reset your Snel Workspace account password

Introduction

Snel Workspace is our Remote Desktop Services environment. This article will show you how to reset your Snel Workspace account password.

Prerequisites

Step 1 – Log in to My.snel.com client area

You should log in to my.snel.com client area which holds the Snel Workspace product to which your user belongs. If you have no access to contact your network administrator or get in touch with our support.

Step 2 – Select the corresponding service

Click on Services in the left column followed by Snel Workspace.

On the next page click on the corresponding service to go to the details page.

Step 3 – Change password

Click on “Manage users” followed by “Change password” in the row with the corresponding user.

On the next screen enter your new password twice meeting the complexity rules and click on “Submit”.

After a successful change, you will see the message “The user was updated successfully”.
