How to change your Online Workspace account password

Online Workspace is our Remote Desktop Services environment. This article will show you how to change your Online Workspace account password.


  • A Snel Online Workspace account. If you do not have a Snel Online Workspace account yet, you can order a Workspace account on 
  • If you can’t log in to your account you need to reset your Snel Workspace account password

Step 1 – Log in to your Snel Workspace account

You can use various methods to login to your desktop, see our related articles about how to log in.

Step 2a – Press CTRL + ALT + END

If your keyboard has all keys you can press CTRL + ALT + END on your keyboard. Proceed to step 3. If your keyboard does not have an END key proceed to Step 2b.

Step 2b – Alternative way to start the process

Many modern devices/keyboards don’t have all keys, especially the END key is missing on more and more devices/keyboards. If your keyboard lacks the END key you can start the procedure by clicking on Start and typing run and press Enter (or clicking on the “Run” Desktop App under “Best match”).

This will show the Run dialog, copy and paste shell:::{2559a1f2-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0} and click on OK:

Step 3 – Change password

On the next screen click on Change a password.

On the next screen enter your current password and your new password (twice) and click on the arrow icon.
