Snel Workspace is our Remote Desktop Services environment. This article will show you how to connect to Snel Workspace by just using your browser. Not familiar with the HTML5 client? Try it, we love it!
- A Snel Workspace account. If you do not have a Snel Workspace account yet, you can order a Snel Workspace account on Snel.com.
Step 1 – Log in at connect.snel.com
Open your browser and go to https://connect.snel.com and log in using the username and password that you have created in your My.snel.com client area.
Step 2 – Select resource
After logging in you will be presented with the available resources. Click on “Desktop”.
Step 3 – Allow access to local resources
On the next screen allow access to local resources as you wish. Normally the defaults should be fine. If you want you can check “Don’t ask me again for connections to this computer” so you won’t be asked the same question again when connecting from this computer. Click on “Allow” to proceed.
Step 4 – Enable fullscreen
After some loading, the desktop will be shown. For the best experience, we advise switching to full screen which can be achieved by clicking on the appropriate icon top right.
Congratulations, you are logged in at Snel Workspace with the HTML5 client. If you need further assistance or help with our Snel Workspace products get in touch with our support.
