Dear client,
Our next step in finalising our network upgrade will be physically connecting our current servers to the new switches. On January the 29th we have migrated Rack 1 and tested and reassured that our provisioning works properly. On February the 4th, 2016 between 00:00 – 06:00 (CET), we will disconnect all servers in Rack 2 to Rack 9 at our location at SmartDC from the current switch and reconnect them with the new switch.
We expect at most a couple of seconds downtime per server within the maintenance window. Should you have any questions regarding this maintenace then please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via support@snel.com.
