For the last few months we have been struggling with network issues which unfortunately have led to disappointment and inconvenience to many of our customers. Hence, we sincerely would like to apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. To prevent any network issues in the future we have decided to move our servers to another data center and network.
We will move your servers on September 8 at 22:00 till September 9 at 06:00 AM (CET) to another data center in the Netherlands. We have carefully planned this over the last few months, which mean you will be updated about your server status during the migration. We will post the migration status every 30 minutes through our social media channels Facebook and Twitter. Our team will be there to answer any of your questions by e-mail, phone, Social Media and live sales to reassure you that we have everything under control. Moreover, you will be also able to see the network status on our NOC page.
During this day we ask you to turn off your server 30 minutes before we start the migration to prevent data loss if we have to forcefully turn it offline. Once the servers are successfully migrated we will inform you through our social media channels and your server will come back online.
